Alice Waucquier

Alice Waucquier is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in recruitment, mobility, and personnel management. Currently serving as Responsable Ressources Humaines at Crédit Mutuel Nord Europe since November 2017, Alice oversees HR policies across various retail locations and departments. In addition to this role, Alice has been an educator at Polytech'Lille since February 2014, focusing on job interview success for engineering students. Previous experiences include positions at Worldline Global, Cofidis, and flunch, where Alice managed recruitment processes and developed mobility strategies. Alice holds a Master 2 in Human Resource Management and a Master 2 in Work Psychology from the University of Lille 1, as well as a Licence in Psychology from Universitat de Barcelona.
