Vani Vemuganti

Since 2009, Vani Vemuganti has been vital to helping Credit Plus evolve with the constantly changing business and compliance landscapes. She is focused on incorporating automation, process improvements and best-in-class fin-tech solutions to accelerate initiatives that propel Credit Plus forward and strengthen our client service leadership position. As CFO, Ms. Vemuganti oversees all aspects of Credit Plus’s financial performance, providing strategic and tactical leadership in finance while focusing on long-range business planning to ensure continued growth. Over the past several years, she has made progressive business contributions in various roles at Credit Plus including finance, compliance, business application design and development.

Before joining the firm, she honed her skills in fraud verifications in credit card applications for multi-national banking clients, such as Standard Chartered Bank. She also gained experience in credit and treasury services and financial analytics in the Automation Control Solutions and Aerospace Businesses of Honeywell International based in Singapore, India, and China. Ms. Vemuganti holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Osmania University, Company Secretary Certification from Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and a diploma in computer programming and applications from the Center for Development of Advanced Computing in India. She earned her MBA from Salisbury University in Maryland.
