Ewan McLachlan

Ewan McLachlan is a Managing Director and Head of Data Quality, Risk & Control at Credit Suisse, a position held since May 1999, with a focus on defining and implementing Data Management Frameworks. Under Ewan's leadership, the organization established Group standards for Data Quality Issue Management and Data Quality Assessment processes across various divisions. Ewan's career at Credit Suisse also includes roles as Director for CFO/Product Control, leading the global rollout of Risk Based P&L and overseeing significant regions in Emerging Markets. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President in Product Control and Strategic Process Change, and earlier work as an Accountant at Hodgson Martin Limited. Ewan holds an ACCA designation and a Joint Honours MA in French and Management Studies from the University of Aberdeen.
