Nicholas Kelsall

Nicholas Kelsall is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Director of Control & Regulatory Alignment at UBS since September 2023. Prior to this role, Nicholas held significant positions at Credit Suisse, where responsibilities included Head of Credit Control APAC and managing Risk Committees as HK CRO COO. Extensive experience at Noble Group involved managing Risk reporting for various committees and leading projects related to EMIR regulation and collateral management. Nicholas also contributed to State Street as Team Leader in OTC Derivatives Support & Control, overseeing key operational tasks and regulatory initiatives. Earlier career stages included trade support roles at Crédit Agricole CIB and BNP Paribas, along with experience in fixed income settlements at Banque d'Orsay. Nicholas has a background in ESG Finance, acquired from 2000 to 2004.
