Wolfram Peters

Peters previously worked for Allianz Global Investors, where he spent 16 years in various senior risk management positions, including Global Chief Risk Officer and a member of the Board of Allianz Global Investors GmbH. Prior to this, he was the Chief Risk Officer for Europe and Germany, respectively, and Head of Portfolio Risk Germany. Before Allianz, Peters spent six years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in Germany.

Peters offers a proven track record of developing high-performing teams and designing and implementing a risk architecture that supported a transforming organisation in the implementation of a rapidly developing business strategy. He also has significant hands-on experience of digitalisation initiatives including artificial intelligence, robotics and cloud computing. Wolfram holds a Doctorate in theoretical physics from the Justus-Liebig University Giessen.
