Michelle Filippi

Michelle Filippi has extensive experience in consumer compliance and financial protection, having served in various roles at the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) since July 2015, including Regional Consumer Compliance Specialist, Fair Lending Analyst, and Consumer Compliance Policy and Outreach Analyst. Prior to NCUA, Michelle worked at the Internal Revenue Service from August 2009 to July 2015 in the Identity Protection Specialized Unit and as a tax contact representative. Michelle's career began at H&R Block, where roles included Senior Tax Manager and Senior Tax Specialist from December 1999 to August 2009. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the University at Buffalo and further education from Empire State University.
