Patrick Neher

Patrick Neher has a diverse and extensive background in compensation, benefits, and HRIS. Patrick has demonstrated experience in managing these functions and developing and implementing programs across various organizations. Patrick has held leadership roles in companies such as Credit Union of Southern California, Easterseals Southern California, Newegg, Consulting Projects, Henry Company, MSC Software, The Irvine Company, and KOLL, REAL ESTATE SERVICES COMPANY. Patrick has successfully managed compensation and benefits programs, implemented new policies, streamlined processes, controlled costs, and provided support to HR business partners. Patrick is skilled in managing HRIS and payroll functions and has a strong focus on developing and executing effective compensation strategies.

Patrick Neher received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Arizona State University in 1987. Patrick then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business, which they completed in the years 1994 to 1998.
