Kathryn Harvey

Kathryn Harvey has over a decade of experience in customer service and account management. Currently serving as a Home Equity Support Representative and Experience Expert at Credit Union of Texas since June 2015, Kathryn performs account maintenance, opens new accounts, and guides customers through loan processes while selling banking products and services. Prior experience includes a role in telecommunications at the City of Richardson from June 2013 to May 2015, where strong communication and multitasking skills were developed. Additionally, Kathryn worked as a barista at Starbucks Coffee Company from August 2008 to May 2013, where teaching and teamwork skills were enhanced. Kathryn holds a Bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Sam Houston State University and an Associate's degree from Collin College.
