Connie Loveland

Connie Loveland is the SVP & CFO at Credit Union West and has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Connie previously worked as a VICE PRESIDENT at Washington Trust Company where they managed the holding company and bank budgets of $1.3 billion in assets and $4 million in income. Connie was also responsible for overseeing three direct reports in the information management, reporting, profitability, budgeting and asset liability, and interest rate risk arena.

During their time at Washington Trust Company, Connie was able to save 250 man hours by creating a data warehouse and team to extract information from banking systems, merge the information for analytics, and produce visually presentable automated reports. Additionally, they were able to reduce retail network expenses by 17% by closing two branches, discontinuing the indirect auto lending program, and identifying cross-selling opportunities - all as a result of using technology to determine and modify unprofitable branches, products, and customers.

Connie's experience and success in the financial industry has led their to their current position as SVP & CFO at Credit Union West where they are responsible for the overall financial management of the company.

Connie Loveland earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Syracuse University.

Connie Loveland reports to Karen Roch, President & CEO. and Kelly Poldoski - VP, Finance reports to Connie Loveland. They work with Scott Grundy - VP, Chief Information Officer, Bob Birr - VP, Chief Lending Officer, and Ning Duong - SVP & COO.
