Karen Roch

Karen Roch has over 20 years of experience in human resources management, most recently serving as President & CEO at Credit Union West. Prior to their current role, Roch was HR Manager at Arizona Central Credit Union for 10 years.

Karen Roch has a Master's degree in Business from Grand Canyon University, a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Arizona State University, and a General degree in General Studies from Glendale Community College. Karen also attended Alhambra High School.
