Anand Kumar H has a diverse work experience, starting as an intern at Birla Sun Life Insurance in 2017. Following this, they worked at Capital First Limited as an Associate Credit Manager, responsible for processing and sanctioning small ticket mortgage loans. Anand then moved to IDFC FIRST Bank, where they held multiple roles, including Deputy Manager- Credit and Associate Credit Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for underwriting secured small ticket loans, maintaining daily MIS updates, and facilitating detailed credit analysis. Most recently, Anand joined CreditAccess Grameen Limited as a Product Manager.

Anand Kumar .H completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering from Kerala University, Thiruvananthapuram, between 2011 and 2015. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Engineering from the IFMR Graduate School of Business - Krea University, graduating in 2018.
