Nilanjana Bagchi

Nilanjana Bagchi has a diverse work experience. Nilanjana began their career as a Campus Ambassador at Star TV Network in 2013. Nilanjana then worked as a Digital Marketing Intern at Allicient Technologies Pvt Ltd in 2020. Following that, they served as a Marketing Intern at Rezi for a brief period. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Manager at CreditAccess Grameen Limited. Prior to their current role, they were an Operational Excellence Trainee at the same company. In their current role, they focus on organizing and overseeing assignments to drive operational excellence and business process improvement. Nilanjana also emphasizes reducing operational time and cost, along with quality management and control.

Nilanjana Bagchi completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English from West Bengal jobs and careers from 2013 to 2016. Nilanjana then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Linguistics from the University of Calcutta between 2016 and 2018. From 2019 to 2021, they attended Xavier Institute Of Management and Entrepreneurship, where they obtained a PGDM degree with a focus on Marketing.
