Raphael Palmeira

Raphael Palmeira currently serves as a People Analytics Specialist at Creditas since October 2025, following a role as People Data & AI Leader at Blip where notable achievements included the construction of a Data Lake for People and the creation of a Single Source of Truth for data management. Raphael has extensive experience from Loft, focusing on People Tech and Analytics, and from Bridge & Co. where leadership of digital transformation squads and management of technology projects were key responsibilities. Raphael holds an MBA in Digital Business from USP/Esalq and has a background in Production Engineering, complemented by certifications in Lean Six Sigma.
