Pauline Leighton boasts extensive experience in compliance and customer service, currently serving as a Compliance Officer at Creditfix Limited since April 2015, while also holding roles as Performance & Development Manager and Senior Collections Advisor. Prior to this, Pauline worked at the Department for Work and Pensions from January 2009 to March 2015 as an Administrative Officer and began a career in customer service as a Customer Assistant at The Co-op from November 2005 to January 2009. Academically, Pauline earned a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Strathclyde, completed in 2008, following education at Bannerman High School from 1999 to 2005.
