Brian Holl

Brian Holl has over nine years of professional experience. Brian began their career in 2012 as a Plant Process Engineer at Rust-Oleum. In this role, they launched several major changes to the company-wide Continuous Improvement Program to increase employee engagement, acted as a key member of multiple cross functional teams to transition manufacturing activities for several different product lines from other facilities and launch new products, and led the implementation of the corporate Continuous Improvement Program at the Waupun facility. In 2018, they moved to Braviant Holdings as an Operations Strategy Associate. Most recently, in 2020, they joined LQD Business Finance as a Lead Project Manager. In 2021, they were promoted to Senior Project Manager at NinjaHoldings.

Brian Holl attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in General Management. Brian then attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering.
