Ozgul Baysar

Ozgul Baysar has extensive experience in analytics and operations engineering. Ozgul began their career in 2005 as a Senior Industrial Engineer and Industrial Engineer at United Airlines, where they applied an interdisciplinary approach to problem solving and championed a Medical Department team. In 2008, they joined Enova International, where they held various roles, including VP, Chief Analytics Officer, Director - Analytics, Sr. Manager - Analytics, Manager - Business Analytics, and Sr. Associate - Business Analytics. In 2013, they began working at Deloitte as an Analytics Manager, and in 2018 they joined NinjaHoldings as the Chief Analytics Officer.

Ozgul Baysar received a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University in 2002. Ozgul then went on to receive a Master's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2004.
