Gareth Way

Gareth Way is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and training leadership. Currently serving as the Chief HR Officer at Creditsafe since August 2002, Gareth has played a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with global growth objectives and enhancing employee engagement across a diverse workforce. Previously, Gareth held the position of HR & Training Director at Creditsafe Group, where significant contributions included the development of a comprehensive European HR and L&D strategy and leadership of various international recruitment projects. Gareth's career also includes roles as HR & Training Manager at INVICTA LEISURE LIMITED and Fitness Room Manager at The Peacock Group, alongside a foundational role as a Graduate Management Trainee. Educational qualifications encompass a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of South Wales and a BA (Hons) in Sport & Human Movement Studies from the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff.
