Jack Hurley

Jack Hurley is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in cyber incident management and security operations. Currently serving as a SOC Incident Handler at Creditsafe since October 2019, Jack has expertise in managing cyber incidents, conducting post-incident analyses, and developing incident response playbooks. Previously, as a Cyber Security Analyst, responsibilities included alert monitoring, incident investigation, and tuning of SIEM tools. Early career experiences include a service desk internship at Circle IT and work experience at Companies House, where exposure to various IT teams provided valuable insights into operational processes. Jack holds a BSc in Computer Security from the University of South Wales and a National Diploma in IT from Cardiff and Vale College.
