Lance Werner

Lance Werner has a comprehensive work experience in the financial industry, starting in 1994 as a Fraud Analyst at Bank One. Lance then worked as a Risk Management Officer at PNC from 1997 to 1999. Lance then joined Citi as a Vice President of Risk Management before moving to JPMorgan Chase & Co. In their time at JPMorgan Chase, they held roles such as Risk Management Group Manager, Business Practices Senior Manager, Marketing Senior Relationship Manager, and Vice President of Customer Engagement. Lance's most recent position was at Mercury® Financial, where they served as a Credit Risk Manager before being promoted to Head of Risk Acquisitions. In these roles, they developed credit management policies, managed teams, ensured contractual obligations were met, and evaluated products and features from a customer's perspective.
