Rajiv Raj

Rajiv Raj is the Co-founder and Director at CreditVidya. Rajiv has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Rajiv started their career with HDFC Bank Ltd in 2003 as a Regional Sales Manager. In this role, they were responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives for the bank. Rajiv then moved to Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited in 2005 as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. In this role, they were responsible for setting up the credit bureau business for Experian in India.

In 2008, Rajiv joined Experian Credit Information Company India Private Ltd as Director of Sales. Rajiv was responsible for product development and launch of core and value added products in India. Rajiv also launched “Triggers”, the first such service by any Credit Information Company. Rajiv was successful in enrolling over 200 Banks and financial institutions as members with data assets over 140 million within a span of 12 months.

In 2012, Rajiv left Experian to start CreditVidya, a credit education and analytics platform. Under Rajiv’s leadership, CreditVidya has become one of the leading credit education and analytics platforms in India.

Rajiv Raj has a MBA in Finance from Savitribai Phule Pune University, an M com in Costing, Advance accountancy from Ness Wadia College of Commerce, and a B com in Advance accountancy from Savitribai Phule Pune University and Ness Wadia College of Commerce. Rajiv also has a HSC from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
