Jennifer Sides

Jennifer Sides has over 17 years of experience in the legal and business sectors. From 2004 to 2007, they served as Executive Vice President & General Counsel/Chief Legal Officer for a la mode, inc., the largest provider of technology and software in the real estate industry. From 2005 to 2015, they were Executive Vice President & General Counsel/Chief Legal Officer for CoreLogic | Mercury Network, a valuation vendor management platform for the mortgage lending industry. From 2013 to 2015, they were Chief Executive Officer and Chief Legal Officer for Pipeline ROI, offering mission-critical marketing and workflow tools for real estate and lending. From 2015 to 2016, they were Chief Executive Officer and Chief Legal Officer for B2 Equity Holdings, Inc., overseeing their private equity portfolio. Finally, from 2016 to 2022 they were Chief Legal Officer for Clove + Hallow, a clean beauty brand.

Jennifer Sides obtained their Doctor of Law (JD) from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law. Jennifer also obtained a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law from the same school. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Literature from the University of South Florida.
