Ruben Gevaert

Ruben Gevaert has had a diverse career path, beginning in 2011 as Head Leader of the youth movement for Scouts en Gidsen Vlaanderen. In 2012, they co-founded and served as Head of Marketing for Capitant Leuven. In 2016, they were part of the founding team of Fintech TopCompare.be, where they worked as Product Marketing. That same year, they began a two-year Management Traineeship at Belfius, which included four strategic projects in multiple departments. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at The Studio, first as a Venture Manager and then as a Product Manager. In 2020, they joined EY VODW Belgium as a Senior Consultant and Manager of Customer & Growth. Finally, in 2021, they began working at Belfius again as Program Manager of new product launches, where they were responsible for value proposition design and go-to-market of two new, innovative propositions in consumer banking. In 2022, they joined Credix as New Business and Growth Manager.

Ruben Gevaert attended Katholieke Centrumscholen Sint-Truiden for their high school education, majoring in Science-Mathematics. Ruben then went on to KU Leuven, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Engineering in 2013, followed by a Master's Degree in the same field in 2015.
