Ja’Lon Eason

Ja’Lon Eason, MBA, PMP®, CSM®, SSGB, currently serves as Operations Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO at CredLens since June 2024. Previously, Eason held key roles at Polco and the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS), enhancing project management and operational strategies. As Instructor Manager at ThriveDX, Eason managed over 200 Digital Marketing Instructors, leading curriculum updates and cross-functional collaborations. Eason's experience encompasses senior positions at Achievement Network, City Year, and various roles in education and community service, demonstrating a strong commitment to operational excellence and educational equity. Eason holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategy and Innovation from Regis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kenyon College.
