Marney Kerr has a diverse work experience in the creative industry spanning over a period of nearly two decades. Starting in 2005 as an Art Director at Singleton Ogilvy & Mather, Marney moved on to work as a Snr Art Director at Digitas in 2007. Following this, Marney joined ghg | greyhealth group as a VP, Associate Creative Director / Digital in 2009. In 2010, Marney worked at The Wonderfactory as an Associate Creative Director and later as a Freelance Snr Creative / Digital. From 2013 to 2015, Marney worked at People Ideas & Culture / PI&C as a Senior Idea Architect. Marney then held positions at Organic as a Creative Director and eventually became the Group Creative Director. In 2015, Marney joined Aesop as the Global Head of Digital Creative and Content until 2019. In 2020, Marney worked as an Executive Director, Creative at Aveda under The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Before joining goop.com as the VP, Creative in 2022, Marney worked as VP Creative at Credo in 2023.

Marney Kerr has a Masters degree in Design with a focus on Graphic Communication and Fashion from RMIT University, which they completed in 2005. Prior to that, they obtained an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design and Business from Martin College in 1999.
