Fiona Maingi

Fiona Maingi has a broad range of work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Fiona is currently working as the Head of Talent at Credrails, where they are responsible for talent acquisition, new hire onboarding, and payroll and benefits management. Prior to this, Fiona worked as a Tech Talent Acquisition Manager at Moove, where they focused on recruiting top technical talent. Fiona also served as a People Partner Lead at Wave Mobile Money and as a Senior Technical Recruiter at BrighterMonday Kenya. Additionally, Fiona has experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Hallmark Recruitment and as a Human Resources Specialist at Business Aviation Solutions, LLC, where they focused on skills assessment, examination coordination, and employee orientation.

Fiona Maingi completed their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Law at the University of Liverpool from 2011 to 2014. Fiona then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa from 2014 to 2016. Fiona also participated in a summer program in Political Science and Government at the University of California, Berkeley in 2010. Fiona obtained their High School Diploma from Brookhouse Schools from 1998 to 2010. Fiona later earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, they have certifications in Accounting & Finance from ACCA and is an associate member of Ihrm Consulting Ltd.
