Loren Nowoc

Loren Nowoc has extensive experience in human resources and management. Loren is currently working at Cree Lighting as the Vice President of Human Resources, where they lead a team supporting over 750 employees in the US, Canada, and Italy. Prior to that, Loren worked at Cree, where they held various roles including HR Business Partner/Director, Lighting Division and Human Resources Manager, supporting employees in North America, Italy, Hong Kong, and Mexico. Before joining Cree, they worked at Greene Resources, Inc as an On-Site Manager, where they managed relationships with hiring managers and provided ongoing management of employees. Loren also has experience in provider relations management and operations management in the healthcare industry with companies such as United Emergency Services, Phyamerica Government Services, and Sterling Healthcare.

Loren Nowoc obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington from 1998 to 2001.
