Carlos Alberto Santana began their work experience as a Supply Chain Intern at Volkswagen AG in 2001. Carlos Alberto later worked at AIG as an Assistant Sales Director before moving to General Motors, where they held various roles in purchasing and production. Carlos then transitioned to roles at AGP Group and Proquinal S.A., gaining experience in supply chain management and sales. In 2009, they became the CEO of Acsendo, where they remained until 2022. More recently, Carlos served as an Endeavor Entrepreneur before becoming the VP of Enterprise & Channel Sales at Crehana in 2022. Throughout their career, Carlos demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning skills across various industries.
Carlos Alberto Santana's education history includes graduating from the German School in 1996 with a High School diploma. Carlos Alberto then went on to attend Universidad de Los Andes, where they obtained a BS in Industrial Engineering in 2002. Santana pursued further education at the same university with a Short Course in International Businesses in 2002, a Postgraduate in Finance from 2006 to 2007, and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from 2008 to 2009. In 2017, they participated in a Short course at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in Endeavor: Innovation & Growth, scaling fast growth.
