Heather Franz

Heather Franz, CSM, LSSYB, serves as the Manager of IT Business Systems Analysis at Creighton University since March 2020, following an extensive career in information technology. With a background that includes roles as a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst and Senior Information Technology Project Manager, Heather holds certifications as a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior IS Business Analyst at TD Ameritrade and as an IS Business Analyst at West Corporation and AT&T. Heather earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on IT from Bellevue University.
