Judi A. Szatko

Judi A. Szatko is currently the Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Creighton University. Judi has over twenty years of experience in the Human Resources field and has held various positions at different companies.

Szatko started their career as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Annuncio Software from January 2001 to December 2002. Judi then became the Director of Human Resources at FirstComp Insurance from January 2003 to December 2008. In October 2012, they started working at Team Software, Inc. as their Vice President of Human Resources, a position they held until July 2021.

During their time at Team Software, Inc., Szatko was responsible for overseeing the full scope of human resources, including employment, compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, orientation, development and policy/procedure development. Judi also lead and directed all human resources activities in alignment with business goals and objectives. In 2015, the company was recognized as "Best Place to Work" and in 2019, received a "Best In Class" HR Management Award for aligning organizational priorities.

Judi A. Szatko earned their B.S. from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln with an emphasis in Human Resources Development.

Judi A. Szatko reports to Daniel S. Hendrickson, President. They are on a team with Jillian A. Wallen - Dean, School of Dentistry, Anthony R. Hendrickson - Dean, Heider College of Business, and Sarah S. Walker - VP, Division of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion.
