Kaitlyn O'Connor

Kaitlyn O'Connor serves as the Associate Director of Advancement Events and the Associate Director of Donor Relations and Stewardship at Creighton University since January 2018, where responsibilities include planning and executing donor events, leading strategies for signature donor relations events, and collaborating with campus stakeholders on principal gift stewardship initiatives. Prior to this role, Kaitlyn was with the Archdiocese of Omaha, starting as a Stewardship and Development Coordinator and advancing to Assistant Director of Donor Relations - Recognition, where key tasks involved managing large-scale fundraising events and campaigns. Kaitlyn holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Social Entrepreneurship from Creighton University.
