Todd Darnold

Todd Darnold serves as an Associate Professor of Management and the inaugural holder of the Charles “Mike” Harper Endowed Chair in Business Leadership at Creighton University’s Heider College of Business since July 2008. With a focus on leadership development, Todd Darnold directs the Anna Tyler Waite Leadership Program, the MBA program, and the Creighton Business Institute. Additionally, Todd Darnold held the role of Associate Dean of Graduate, Professional, & Leadership Programs and Harper Chair in Business Leadership from January 2019 to July 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a PhD Candidate and Graduate Assistant at the University of Iowa, and various positions in finance and marketing at Northwestern Mutual, Maytag Appliances, and Pella Corporation. Todd Darnold holds a Ph.D. in Management and Organization from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and a B.S. in Business Administration from Iowa State University.
