Isabelle D'Haeninck

Isabelle D'haeninck has been with Crelan since 1995, serving in various leadership roles, including Chief Cooperative Bank Officer and Director of People & Talent Management, overseeing talent management, performance, recruiting, learning and development, leadership, change management, wellbeing and prevention, and corporate culture. Previously, Isabelle held the positions of Directeur Communication & Complaint Management and communication manager at Crelan, focusing on institutional and internal communication. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as Director at Crelan Bank and as communication manager at Crédit Agricole, both in 1995. Isabelle's educational background includes a Certificate in Director Climate Journey from Vlerick Business School and ongoing postgraduate studies in languages and politics at Université de Louvain, along with a Master’s Degree in languages from Ghent University.
