Samantha Harper, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources and talent development. Currently serving as the Training & Development Manager at Cremer North America, LP since July 2019, Samantha has previously held the roles of HR Specialist in Talent Development and Performance and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at BOGE Rubber & Plastics Group from July 2017 to July 2019 and as a Human Resources Representative at Linamar Corporation from June 2013 to July 2017. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northern Kentucky University, completed between January 2022 and September 2023, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the same institution, obtained from 2009 to 2013.
