Sanker Shivanathan

Sanker Shivanathan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Sanker started their career in 1997 as a Software Engineer at Virtusa, where they eventually became a Senior Software Engineer and then a Software Architect. In 2003, they joined GoalLine Solutions as a Senior Software Architect and later became a Senior Systems Architect, managing both onsite and offshore teams. From 2010 to 2020, Sanker worked at Navotar Inc as the Chief Executive Officer and also held roles as a Partner/Project Manager and Partner & Architect. During this time, they were involved in software development and project management. In 2015, they worked as an Exact target Consultant for Blackberry at InfoCanada, where they deployed complex email campaigns. Sanker also has experience in email marketing, having worked as an Email Marketing Specialist at Intuit from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they have worked as a Business Owner at Creo360, Director of Research Development at aspiresoftware, an XMPIE Consultant/Developer at The DATA Group of Companies, and an IT Consultant/Programmer at The Marco Corporation. Overall, Sanker has a strong background in software development, project management, and email marketing.

Sanker Shivanathan completed their B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, from 1992 to 1997. Prior to that, they pursued their Advance Level studies in Maths at Colombo Hindu College from 1990 to 1991. Sanker also completed their Advance Level (A/L) - 12th in Maths at St.John's College from 1983 to 1990. Lastly, Sanker Shivanathan completed their Grade 5 education in Maths and English at Trinity College, Kandy, from 1978 to 1983.
