Lani Aragon

Lani Aragon has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lani currently serves as the Regional Operations Director at Cresa. Prior to this role, they held the positions of Regional Operations Manager and Human Resources Administrative Officer at the same company. Before joining Cresa, Lani worked at JLL, where they held the position of Director, Inclusion, Diversity and Culture. In this role, they created a culture of inclusion and managed nine business resource groups across the Americas. Lani also served as the Manager, Executive Support at JLL and as a Sr. Executive Assistant. Lani's early career included a role as Assistant to the President at Franciscan Ministries and as an Executive Assistant at Flex Products.

Lani Aragon attended Santa Rosa Junior College from 1988 to 1991, where they studied Psychology. Lani also holds a certification in Green Property Management from NAHMA - The National Affordable Housing Management Association, though the specific date of obtaining the certification is unknown.
