Malik Bob has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Malik most recently worked as the Vice President of Portfolio Strategies at Cresa, where they supported industrial occupiers with their corporate real estate strategy. Prior to that, Malik was the Sales Director at Inspace, a company that virtualizes commercial real estate. Malik also served as the Vice President of Investment Sales at Sparks Agency and as a Senior Territory Sales Manager at CoStar Group, where they advised commercial real estate professionals on strategic connections and achieved numerous accolades for their sales performance. Before entering the real estate industry, Malik worked in roles such as Field Marketing Specialist at Prestige Home Solutions and Thompson Creek Window Company, Mortgage Banker at Howard Bank, Leasing Professional at Southern Management, Recreation Coordinator at Southern Management, and Sales Associate at Sports Authority.

Malik Bob earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Towson University, from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) in Business Administration from the College of Southern Maryland, from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, Malik obtained certifications in Strategic Selling from the Miller Heiman Group in 2018, and in Advanced Accounting and First Level Manager from the College of Southern Maryland in 2012.
