William Dean Tidwell

William Dean Tidwell has extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector. William Dean began their career as a Marketing Director at Richfield Hospitality in 1987 and held this role until 1995. William Dean then joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1996 as a Senior Director of Brokerage Services, where they specialized in tenant representation for mid and large cap companies. William Dean received several awards for their achievements, including Rookie of the Year and Deal of the Year. In 2009, Tidwell transitioned to Cresa, where they became a Principal. In this role, they advised occupiers of commercial real estate, focusing on creating value and positively impacting bottom line performance. William Dean has extensive experience in leasing transactions, building sales, and land sales.

William Dean Tidwell pursued an MBA at the University of Colorado Denver. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing at the University of Northern Colorado.
