Chris Druckmiller

Chris Druckmiller has over 40 years of experience in the engineering field. Chris began their career in 1981 as an Engineer 2 EE at Motorola Inc, where they designed and developed circuitry subsections for conventional two-way mobile radio products. Chris then became Lead Engineer EE - Analog Cellular and Lead Engineer EE - Paging Infrastructure at Motorola Inc, where they provided product support engineering and redesign on major circuitry sections of analog base site controller transceiver modules and accompanying factory interface and support. In 1996, they became Senior Staff Engineer EE - CDMA Cellular Infrastructure at Motorola Inc, where they compiled requirements, executed designs, and completed development of cellular base site controller modules and associated third party system equipment. In 2006, they moved to Motorola Mobility (A Google Subsidiary) as Senior Staff Engineer EE - Product Design & Optimization Engineering (POE), where they assumed full electrical engineering responsibility for multiple high volume cellular products post-ship through end-of-life (EOL). From 2017 to 2021, Chris worked as a Senior Design Engineer at Nidec Mobility America Corporation (previously Omron Automotive Electronics, Inc.), where they designed and maintained new and legacy passive and microcontroller based designs for the passenger automotive switch engineering group. Chris currently works as a Component Application and Product Support Engineer at Crescend Technologies, LLC.

Chris Druckmiller obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In addition, they have a Project Management Professional Training certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in August 2013.
