At Windham Professionals Inc., from July 2015 to January 2021, Steve was Senior Vice President of Operations, contributing nearly 20 years of experience in BPO and contact center leadership, focusing on customer satisfaction, KPI achievement, and financial performance. Additional experience includes roles at Optum, Convergys, Standard Register, US Bank, and Citigroup, showcasing expertise in account management, operations leadership, and client relations. Steve holds an M.B.A. from Northern Kentucky University and a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Cincinnati.
