Daniela Sydoruk has extensive experience in the field of biologics. Daniela began their career in 2009 as a PhD student at Imperial College London, where they investigated the molecular secretion mechanism of the Tps4 two-partner secretion system and the CupB chaperone-usher pathway in Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Her responsibilities included designing cloning strategies for gene deletions and insertions, engineering recombinant protein expression constructs, setting up assays to harvest appendages from the bacterial cell surface, collaborating on multiple research projects involving structure biology, and supervising research staff.
In 2014, they joined Crescendo Biologics Limited as a Senior Scientist and Research Scientist. In 2021, they returned to Crescendo Biologics Limited in the role of Senior Scientist and Consultant.
Daniela Sydoruk has a background in biology. Daniela began their education in 2007 at Universität Osnabrück, where they earned a Diploma in Biology, General. Daniela then moved to Imperial College London, where they earned a Master of Research in Molecular & Cellular Basis of Infection in 2009, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy in Cell and Molecular Biology in 2014.
