Julia Tilson

Julia has a total of 32 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Julia has held a variety of positions as Chief Operating Officer or Chief Development Officer in Arecor, Myotec, NovaThera/MedCell and Haoma Medical. Prior to that she has held key project and scientific director roles including MedImmune, GSK, Cambridge Antibody Technology, PowerderMed and Xenova.

Julia has a proven track record of leading the implementation of corporate strategies. She specialises in project and change management in SMEs and in industry-academia collaborations. Most recently she project managed the sale of a key programme for Dezima, to Amgen for $350million.
