Vlad Chirciu

Vlad Chirciu is a seasoned professional in the technology sector with extensive experience in product support and innovation management. Currently serving as a Senior Product Support Specialist at Crescendo Systems since February 2020, Vlad previously held the role of Senior Innovation Technology Manager at Alphanumeric Systems from October 2018 to February 2020, focusing on artificial intelligence. Vlad's career at Crescendo Systems Corporation spanned over 13 years, during which time Vlad advanced through several positions, including Technical Services Manager, Software QA Manager, QA Team Lead, and Software QA Engineer. Vlad holds an Engineer’s Degree from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, obtained between 1989 and 1994, and completed studies at Polytechnique Montréal in 2002-2003.
