Paul M. Herszdorfer

Paul M. Herszdorfer, Pharm.D., BCPS, serves as the Vice President and Head of Global Medical Affairs at Crescent Biopharma since September 2025. Prior roles include Executive Director at RayzeBio, overseeing MSLs and US Medical Affairs, and Senior Director at Exelixis, where responsibilities included leading the Northeast Regional MSL team. Additional experience encompasses roles at Bayer Pharmaceuticals and Novo Nordisk as an Oncology Medical Liaison and Medical Liaison for rare diseases, respectively. Paul also contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at Wagner College and as an Academic Supervisor of Pharmacy Services at Staten Island University Hospital. Paul M. Herszdorfer earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Rutgers University between 2005 and 2011.
