Scott Hilderbrand

Scott Hilderbrand is an accomplished professional in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Vice President of ADC CMC at Crescent Biopharma since May 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Dyne Therapeutics from January 2020 to April 2025, where Scott held various positions including Sr. Director, CMC Process Sciences, and Director, CMC. At ImmunoGen, Inc. from 2016 to 2019, Scott was a Senior Scientist and led the pre-clinical conjugation development group, managing drug substance process development for multiple programs. Prior to that, Scott worked at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital from 2004 to 2015 as a Research Investigator and Postdoctoral Fellow. Scott earned a PhD in Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BA in Chemistry from New College of Florida.
