Susan Lee

Susan Lee is a Director of Crescent Capital BDC, Inc. and serves as a member of the Nominating Committee and the Audit Committee. Ms. Lee is President of Rocketbox, LLC, a private investment firm and advisor to select family offices and institutional investors. Previously, she was the founding Chief Investment Officer for a single family office and foundation. Prior to that, Ms. Lee managed investment assets for The Broad Foundations and family office. Earlier, Ms. Lee founded and led a multi-billion dollar private equity, private credit, and venture capital investment practice and advised endowments and foundations on overall portfolio asset allocation and implementation strategies across asset types as a Partner at Angeles Investment Advisors. Ms. Lee has also made direct investments in private companies and worked with portfolio companies on growth and capital financings as a private equity investor at Black Canyon Capital and Vintage Capital Partners. She began her career advising Fortune 500 companies on strategy at Bain & Company and at The Walt Disney Company. Ms. Lee earned an MBA from Harvard Business School where she earned honors and was a Toigo Fellow. She earned a B.A. in economics from Stanford University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with multiple awards.
