Andrew Baysden

Andrew Baysden has over 15 years of experience in various roles within the real estate industry. Andrew is currently the Head of Marketing at Crescent Communities since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Business Development and Strategy at Centurion Development Group from October 2019 to June 2021. Andrew also held the position of Director of Development at Palmetto Bluff Company from July 2018 to December 2018. Before that, they worked at Crescent Communities, LLC for several years, starting as a Development Associate in May 2011, then progressing to Regional Marketing Manager from June 2014 to May 2016, and eventually serving as the Director of Development from June 2016 to July 2018. Prior to Crescent Communities, Andrew worked as a Development Associate at River Dunes from September 2005 to August 2008.

Andrew Baysden obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management and Society from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Andrew then pursued further education at Clemson University from 2009 to 2011, completing a Master's degree in Real Estate Development. Andrew also enrolled in the MBA Programs at Clemson University during the same period, acquiring a Masters degree with a focus on Real Estate Development.
