Bryan Blythe

Bryan Blythe has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Bryan currently works as the Managing Director at Crescent Communities, where they lead and expands the industrial real estate platform. Prior to this, they served as the Market Officer at Prologis, responsible for the performance of a 13 million square foot industrial portfolio. Blythe also held various roles at Liberty Property Trust, including Market Leader, Vice President of Leasing & Development, Senior Director of Leasing & Development, and Director of Leasing. Before joining these companies, they worked at Dunning Capital, LLC as a Senior Associate and at BB&T Capital Markets as an Associate. Their career began as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, where they primarily worked for CB Richard Ellis and Whiteside Industrial Properties, with involvement in the development team for Palisades Country Club.

Bryan Blythe completed their education history in a chronological order. Bryan attended Columbus Academy from 1991 to 1994, but the degree name and field of study are unknown. From 1994 to 1998, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in History at Davidson College. In 1996, Bryan participated in a Semester Abroad Program at The University of Edinburgh, focusing on History. Later, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued an MBA degree with a specialization in Corporate Finance and Real Estate at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
