Deb Swambar

Deb Swambar is an experienced human resources professional with a substantial background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Crescent Electric Supply Company since June 2019, Deb has previously held significant positions including Vice President of HR at Perlick Corporation and Vice President of HR roles at W.W. Grainger, focusing on global supply chain and strategic initiatives. Earlier experiences include leadership positions in HR at Lab Safety Supply, Inc., and W.W. Grainger, with a robust start at Kellogg Company and in other organizations. Deb holds a BS in Labor Relations and Personnel from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and has also attended the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
