Maria Keevins-Kogen

Maria Keevins-Kogen has over 30 years of work experience, with a focus on marketing, sales, and strategy. Their most recent role is Vice President, Marketing and Offer Optimization at Crescent Electric Supply Company, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to that, they spent a significant portion of their career at Grainger, where they held various senior director and manager roles. In these positions, Maria was responsible for designing organizational structures, leading teams, and driving strategic growth. Maria has also been involved in creating automated sales support programs, revamping value propositions, and managing marketing budgets. Before their time at Grainger, Maria was the owner of MK Communications, Inc., where they served as a business development and marketing consultant for small to mid-sized businesses.

Maria Keevins-Kogen received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and English Literature from W. P. Carey School of Business - Arizona State University in 1986. Maria later earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in 2004.
