Natalie Wallace

Natalie Wallace has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Natalie is currently working at Crescent Electric Supply Company as an HR Systems and Project Lead, where they focus on improving business processes through Workday HCM configurations and managing HR projects and initiatives. Prior to this, they worked as a Documentation and LMS Intern at the same company, where they maintained ISO 9001:2015 QMS documentation and developed training materials. Natalie also worked as an English Language and Cultural Assistant (Auxiliar) at Escuelas Católicas from 2020-2021. Before that, Natalie served as an English Language and Cultural Assistant (Auxiliar) at IES-Ángel Corella in Madrid, Spain for two academic years. During this time, they also took on additional responsibilities as the school's assistant for the Global Classrooms Initiative. Natalie's previous experience includes roles such as School of Nursing Program Coordinator at Edgewood College, Student Services Specialist at Edgewood College, Advanced Library Services Project Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Student Supervisor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and Interlibrary Loan Worker at Memorial Library.

Natalie Wallace holds a Masters degree in Educational/Instructional Media Design from the University of Limerick, which they obtained in 2022. Natalie completed their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Linguistics, Spanish Language, and also obtained a TESOL Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the years 2012 to 2016. In 2014, they studied International and Comparative Education at Shaanxi Normal University. Natalie also has additional certifications in the field of SQL and Workday HCM Fundamentals.
